Question about Camping, Backpacking & Hiking
Usually this is for one of a couple reasons.
The first thing I wold check is that the connections are clean. Oxidation can form on the unpainted aluminum and cause it not to complete the circuit. This is the most likely cause.
The second could be a mechanical issue with the switch and the spring either not allowing contact under pressure or the spring somehow loosing contact by something being possibly bent. This is the least likely scenario.
If you lightly sand the aluminum on both the body and end insuring they make proper electric contact it should fix this issue otherwise reach out to them to see if you can get a replacement end.

Try cleaning all the contacts for the batteries.

There are so many models out there and many different ways to remove battery covers.
Besdies the brand I also need the model of the cell phone in order to tell you how to remove the cover.
Try looking up the model from the place you purchased the phone from, if you purchased it online you most probebly can find the model number in the description of the listing.

SOURCE: monitor went black
This is a very common problem,
Most monitors go due to the connection, for example when you open and close the lid this loosens the connection so this is your problem.
You may be able to find and download the service manual on google, and take it step by step from there or take it in for a service.
hope this helps

This particular flashlight uses a microchip that consumes the power of the batteries, whether in use or not. Loosen the case to where the batteries go in, so there is no contact with polarity. Or just take the batteries out completely and replace them for actual use.

That's what can happen with super cheap no-name (no quality control) batteries. Frequently batteries of this type are not even alkaline at all but old fashioned zinc carbon batteries.
NexxTech claim to offer "Affordable Quality products", so perhaps their buyers are unaware that their suppliers are letting standards slip. I'm sure that if you contact them they'll try to help.

if the camera wont turn on remove the memory card and make sure your pictures are transfered. Try using regular disposable batteries. Also when trying to turn it on try holding down the power button for 5 seconds. If it still doesnt turn on coud be a broken switch connection.

Testimonial: "The five seconds press after taking batteries out and also the memory card, putting back in and now it works great. Thanks so much for you help."
