Usually this is for one of a couple reasons.

The first thing I wold check is that the connections are clean. Oxidation can form on the unpainted aluminum and cause it not to complete the circuit. This is the most likely cause.

The second could be a mechanical issue with the switch and the spring either not allowing contact under pressure or the spring somehow loosing contact by something being possibly bent. This is the least likely scenario.

If you lightly sand the aluminum on both the body and end insuring they make proper electric contact it should fix this issue otherwise reach out to them to see if you can get a replacement end.

There are so many models out there and many different ways to remove battery covers.

Besdies the brand I also need the model of the cell phone in order to tell you how to remove the cover.

Try looking up the model from the place you purchased the phone from, if you purchased it online you most probebly can find the model number in the description of the listing.

SOURCE: monitor went black

Hi there,

This is a very common problem,

Most monitors go due to the connection, for example when you open and close the lid this loosens the connection so this is your problem.

You may be able to find and download the service manual on google, and take it step by step from there or take it in for a service.

hope this helps

SOURCE: LED Flashlight Battery Drain Problem

This particular flashlight uses a microchip that consumes the power of the batteries, whether in use or not. Loosen the case to where the batteries go in, so there is no contact with polarity. Or just take the batteries out completely and replace them for actual use.

SOURCE: Battery in flaslight was leaking and ruined the

That's what can happen with super cheap no-name (no quality control) batteries. Frequently batteries of this type are not even alkaline at all but old fashioned zinc carbon batteries.

NexxTech claim to offer "Affordable Quality products", so perhaps their buyers are unaware that their suppliers are letting standards slip. I'm sure that if you contact them they'll try to help.

if the camera wont turn on remove the memory card and make sure your pictures are transfered. Try using regular disposable batteries. Also when trying to turn it on try holding down the power button for 5 seconds. If it still doesnt turn on coud be a broken switch connection.

Where Can I find batteries for defiant

It's a special premade pack so I don't think you can find a direct replacement however it does appear to be 6xAA batteries. Must be series parallel. 3 in series, two sets of 3 in parallel. If you are handy with a soldering iron you could replace it by making a new pack using NiMH AA cells.

Model 7000 slide not working

I have a Defiant 7000 flashlight and took a look. When the light is closed, the top of the battery door (1) is right at the lip (2) that keeps the light from over extending. I couldn't get mine to close with the cover loose, but if you did you could carefully drill a hole (3) in the outer casing to see and push the battery door back into place. You could also remove the two philips screws under the rotating magnets on the base and maybe push hard enough to force the top out?

How do you change batteries stanley 3 in 1 tripod led flashlight

The unit is 3 individual flash lights. Pull one of the flashlights by the head (the light part) it will come out easily once you know what you are doing. The other two may be pulled out in the same manner. The bottom will then unscrew where you will be able to replace the AA batteries. Each flashlight will then go back into place very easily. Hint...test each individual flashlight before putting back together to make sure you have your batteries in the proper place and that they are useable batteries.

I have an AA Mini Maglite and it quit working. I replaced the two batteries and lamp and still does not work. Any suggestions?

I have several of these flashlights and experienced the same problem. Here's my solution: take off the light end and you will see a black base where the bulb is inserted into. The black base rotates. If all else is functional (batteries, bulbs, etc.), when you rotate this black base, the light should come on. Moving the base back and forth several times seems to help also (it seems there must be some kind of contact problem). All that's left is replacing the light end.

Don't know how to replace AA batteries in Maglite AA.

they either unscrew from the back end or they unscrew from around the thick light end , then just pop in some new batteries making sure that they are pointed in the same direction
