Blockage in drain pump. You will have to empty water out with a jug. Then get machine outside and remove drain pump so last of water comes out. Check for any rubbish in pump, then put pump back and test it.

The drain pump is jammed. Switch off and remove the plug from the wall socket. Tilt the machine back so you can look under it. On the right you will see a motor which looks like it is upside down. This is your drain pump. Remove the wiring harness from the pump and turn the pump clockwise while pulling back the little white plastic clip which holds the pump in place. Clean thoroughly and replace pump.

not familliar with that exact model number ( we dont have that over here in the US) we have simalair f&p gwl10- gwl11) that problem sounds as if either the pump is bad and overheating before pumping all the water or a diverter valve is not fully closing allowing water to remain in tub.

Sounds like your pump is blocked. **UNPLUG the machine**. lift or drag the machine to a spot where you can let the water dump out. The water comes out fast and makes a big mess. Tilt the machine back. On the front-right underside of the machine you will see the pump with the fan hanging down. Unplug the white plug and the earth cable from the back of the pump. You might notice that there is a white plastic clip that you can move to the side. Hold the clip out and twist the pump clockwise. At this point the pump will drop out and water will go everywhere. Try and take the pump out kinda fast so that the coil does not get too wet while the water is dropping out. you might find a blockage (coil, hair clip, underwire etc) sticking out from where the pump impeller sits. Pull out your blockage and check that the pump spins freely when you spin it by hand. If it does not spin freely you need a new pump.

Now, after you unblock your pump, you can put it back together the same way you took it off. Make sure the white plug is not wet before plugging it into the pump and make sure the pump coil is dry too! use a blowdryer to dry for a minute if unsure. When twisting the pump back in, the wires should be at the back of the machine and the earth cable is kinda close to the rotor (motor). Make sure the pump is sitting flat so the seal works too. That clip should click lock back into place to hold the pump from turning. The washer will not spin until all the water is out in case you are wondering. Hope this helps!

It won't spin until all the water is drained out. The drain pump may be blocked or faulty. Fix the drain pump fault first then deal with the filling issue. They will not be related.

You could try a hot load with epsom salts....this will clean out the machine....Make sure it is with hot water. It goes slow in between rinse and spin possibly because it is slow draining...clean out the pump. Also as it FILLS make sure the water runs in properly and not just trickle in making a hissing noise. Good luck. Tony the technician.

More likely to be the pump. Right after it lets water in it recirculates the water. To find out start the cycle. When you hear the noise, disconnect the wires going to the pump and see if it stops. The pump is on the bottom. To get to it just tip the machine back.

Washing machine makes buzzing noise

Check the water pump for an obstruction in the chamber area, your pump may be sticking and that will cause the buzzing sound. The water pump runs during the fill portion of the cycle on several of the selected wash cycles to recirculate the water.
