The computer won't come on so I can't open any of the cd/dvd doors.
Also, when you turn the monitor on the "tapping" sound (which is amplified) sounds like "morse code".

hi there, to help you, you will more than likely need to contact the company to get the drivers for your computer, the disk the company sends you will have the configuration for all components and hardware that comes with it, ususally, the cost is like 20...for the recovery disk and or restore disks.......this would be alot safer since you don't know from whom the drivers will be downloaded, or if it will be for others to control your computer without your ok, .....good luck....shia
