I'm afraid that I can only guide you to the philips support website as you haven't mentioned what particular Philips remote control you have, I would also like to add that the link is to the UK support site but you can in the top right hand corner of the page switch to a different country if needed. The link I have pasted below will take you to the page where if you input the model number of your particular remote control then click on "Find It" If your remote control is still supported it will be listed and it does seem to cover remotes made from 2010 right back to 1996. If the site takes you on to the particular page for your remote it will then give you the opportunity to download the manual plus a whole host of other support tools for your remote.
