I forgot my passcode!

There isn't any actual HACK type thing that will get you your account back but you can get your Passcode deciphered. There are only a certain number of buttons on the 360 controller that are able to be part of the Passcode. Write all the buttons down on a piece of paper and using and organized manner, find every single possibility and try each one until Voila!! You have deciphered your Passcode! I know this may seem like a long, boring, and tedious process but it is the only way, sorry. Hope my advice helped! =)

I forgot my itouch passcode and i don t want to restore

the only way you can work around your passcode problem is by restoring your itouch.
keep trying to remember it.
if you decide to restore you can put the iTouch in DFU Mode and restore.
