Question about Mercury Boating

I have a maintainance manual for this engine (I have the same one) with pages of wiring diagrams. What specific system/area are you interested in, I could scan in the page(s) and email them to you.

Just need to lower the motor all the way down. This will drain all the water out of the motor. That should do it. They recommend changing the motor oil at the end of the year or the start of the next boating season. You should also add some Sta-Bil or Pri-G gasoline additive. Think it's available at Wal-Marts or part stores. Probably a good idea to keep the fuel tank full to prevent air inside tank from condensing and forming water. Add a couple of cans of HEAT to fuel to help keep water out.

I have a 90 hp force ob. when i run it with the ears she runs fine lets me bring the throttle all the way up. when i but it in the water thru the wake area i can do 4 mph once i'am out of the wake area and give it the gas she dies, any ideas
