I have a 3in 1 Philips remote control SRU5130. I WANT TO TUNE IN MY TVFREEVIEW Services. But can't find how to do this.

this may be too late, but i had the same problem, then discovered that if you press the top of the volume up/down buttons together, the menu comes up. I was trying to solve another problem this way when I accidentally locked the TV. The instruction booklet tells me that you can only unlock it with the remote control, but that has long ago bit the dust. Does this mean that I'll never be able to turn it on again??!!

Hi,
To confirm if the remote control is working, point the infrared emitter directly to your cellphone camera and then press any key, you will see the flash of an infrared every time the button is press. Watch this sample Video.
Once you've confirmed that the remote control is not the issue, this is an indication of faulty infrared receiver(sensor) inside the tv. Check the front panel of the tv where the sensor is located, clean the surface as much as possible which may block the signal. If the symptoms still persist, I would advice you to look for a qualified tv technician to troubleshoot its circuitry.
