Hi, I have ricoh aficio MP2000,whenever I switch it on it gives me error code sc101, I understand its related to scanner, which part of the scanner should I fix.

SC101 indicates and exposure lamp problem. To try and correct, turn OFF the copier and then unplug from the wall. Wait 10 seconds and plug it back into the wall, then turn on the copier. Watch to see if the exposure lamp comes on - lift the document handler if you want. If the exposure lamp is working correctly, the scanner will briefly move to the right and the light will turn on then off after it moves to the left.
