Car clock setting

I just put in a JVC KD-G116 car stereo in and dont know how to set the clock... how do you set the clock for the stereo?

How do i set the time on my car stereo it's a jvc kd-r200
Hold the SEL button to bring up the PSM menu, use up/down to select CLOCK H for hour or CLOCK M for minute, turn the knob to adjust, and press SEL to set.

CAN NOT SET CLOCK ON MY JVC KD-G116
Is it KDG200 or KDG116?
In KDG200, press and hold SEL to display menu
Turn volume knob or press fwd or rev buttons to select CLOCK H and set.
Press Volume knob to save.

In KDG116, instead of turning the volume knob, use +/-. Instead of pressing the Volume knob use SEL
