Your 7 blinks (error code) means that your 8.6 vdc in the power supply section is faulty.This was sense by the standy-by power supply's initial test. This voltage is easy to locate in the power supply board, each output voltage is written in the board itself. Concentrate in its regulator circuitry. Look for open fusible resistor, shorted transistor and leaky/dried capacitor. The unit is disable unless you fix this 8.6vdc fault.

probaly your y-sustain board

Sometimes, most of the time to repair a plasma / lcd flat screen the part to replace it, and then having someone fix it is going to be a good chunk of change. Several hundred dollars more than likely. Almost cheaper to just upgrade. Get a new one.

I think you have to replace the power supply board.

Not sure if that particular model is a LCD or a Plasma........If it's a Plasma, could be the Y-Driver bds, if it's a LCD, could be the LCD controller module.

have a tech replace the Y buffer boards upper and lower. there are different model numbers of the panel used in this set and corrispond to different buffers so have a philips tech replace them.
