Hello, Evelyn -
Clarification: Are you asking about Encon (not Enron) ceiling fan replacement blades? If so . . . in what country do you reside? Any answer for a source for replacement ceiling fan blades will depend on where you reside.
Apparently Encon is owned by Westinghouse.
After you choose Comment and add the country of your residence, I will try to find a source (or sources) for replacement ceiling fan blades and will post the information I find.
Best wishes.

If the chain is broken off at the switch, you will need to replace the entire switch. It is not difficult to do and you can purchase a new switch from either Lowe's or Home Depot. You''ll find the switch in the ceiling fan department.
All you need to do, to remove the switch is remove the bottom cover of the fan housing, where the switch is located (if you have a light kit, you will need to remove it). This will give you access to the wiring and the switch. The switch is held in place by a threaded retainer ring on the outside of the fan housing. Unscrew it and push the switch back into the housing, Disconnect the wire nuts and totally remove the switch. Take it with you, when you go to purchase a new one.
If the chain is still visible by at least 1" all you need to do is purchase a new chain (usually comes with connector) and connect the two together.
As always, be sure the electricity is turned off to the fan, before attempting any repairs.
Hope this helps solve your problem.
