Hi, we have a Rational combi 5 senses model SCCC WE 102, the fan has stopped spinning and a icon has come up on the touch panel of a wire with a question mark. What do this mean?

your oven is electric yeah? the hot air element shouldnt be glowing like that, it glows with the door open? the oven has a over temp stat so if the oven got too hot then it would trip out, if it does then the solid state relays will have to be changed, but if it carries on as normal then shouldnt worry

First check fuses, then check your donut transformer located at bottom of oven behind water line area

Service 10 is usually caused by a blocked or defective steam generator emptying pump.
Replace the pump or clear out any scale buildup.
Once the problem is corrected you must do an automatic drain to clear the error.
