sorry cant find a u410 manual but heres the best place to start!

Other wise, go into contacts and scroll down to SPEED DIAL and add and remove from here

No sim card. verizon has an application called Backup Assistant.. It is free if you havea My Verizon account. 1.99 if you dont. It is fast take about 2imutes.Thats if you are staying with Verizon changing , upgrading phones

Try taking the battery out for 30 seconds reinstall and reboot might work

How can I uploade photos/videos from my Verizon sch-u410 to my iMac with OSX 10.5.8?

You can e-mail them to yourself. Just enter your email as the address.

Otherwise you will need to buy a USB cable for the phone that will connect to your computer to get the files off the phone.

Speed dial

Scroll to the name you want to put in speed dial. OPTIONS tab then DETAILS....then scroll down to ADD TO SPEED DIAL then it will prompt you Yes or No? click on YES..then pick a position and SELECT
