Cant hear other Person On Phone on Calls - Cell Phones

SOURCE: cannot hear ringing tone or voices

Its the problem with the speaker... Change it...

On the side of your phone, where the microSD memory card goes.
Thers a button above it, that clicks up/down. Press it until the volume is the right size for you.

SOURCE: when making calls, can not hear ring or person

connect your head set to check if you have the voice on the headset

if yes then you may have to get the phone ear speaker changed

Check Windows Sound mixer for application volume. Down in system tray at right side of taskbar double click sound icon for XP or click sound icon once and click Mixer for Vista. Look through volume settings for your phone application. Make sure it is not muted and volume is up.

I think the problem you are experiencing has to do with the earpiece of your phone.All you need to do is to get to a phone store and replace the earpiece so that your phone can work perfectly again.
