How can I bypass dl, whirlpool cabrio/WTW7300XW2/type580

even it moves freely , this should be done by the machine, if it does not do that then the door lock is defective.

"dl"indicates a door lock error. A Door Lock Error occurs if the door cannot be unlocked. It will try to lock it 6 times before displaying the error.
Check for the following when dl occurs:

• Door Lock Mechanism broken.

• Check Door Lock/Switch Assembly for foreign objects

• Check Wire Harness connections to the Door Lock/Switch Assembly and Central Control Unit (CCU)

• Door Lock/Switch Assembly Failure

bad door lock you can trip the door lock by placing a large magnet in the front of the lid which will trick the unit to opening the lock if you have any further questions message me back and beware of error 50 and 51 in the cabrio they are whirlpools problem model in which they werent designed well or engineered well either as to the rps sensor causing issues with these two error codes I await your reply if you have any further questions and please remember to rank when our chat has fully concluded it allows me to help others in similar situations in the future most likely you will have to order a new door lock assembly due to this error Thanks again Rick
