Kegan... I tried and tried to find schematics and/or a troubleshooting guide with no luck! Sorry about that...

IF you can open it up, see if you find fried or destroyed parts? Look CAREFULLY for a blown fuse but know they come in MANY configurations now!

IF POSSIBLE, inspect the printed circuit board for any BURNT or open foil paths?

If all else fails ~ send it back to the factory for repairs. You should also receive the latest UPGRADES too and hopefully at least a 30 day warranty?

disassemble check internal fuse or for burned track also recheck the antenna connection -the thing that powers the amp on.Use a multimeter to test different points to ground potential. the one that doesnt have it has the problem.

Planet audio amp logo wont light up
Check to make sure that the "remote turn on" lead is intact. They are usually blue wires.This wire provided a turn on voltage to fire up the amp once the head unit is turned on.

Why this planet audio protection light always comes on when i turn up the car audio
The amp in question is a very entry level amp. Meaning it needs to be ran at moderate ohm load. And have plenty of power to feed it. Check your grounds. Pos. Etc.

Window doesn't come on
That question does not reference what exactly is going on. Please step through from plugging in power adapter to power from wall outlet and pressing the power button.

ie: 1) plug in power adapter (i see charging light)
2) pressing power (i see boot screen logo)
3) next screen (i see windows boot logo)
.... and so on...

Red protection light
make sure amp is not grounded out or shorted out like if u miss and touch ground to power or the other way around protect light usaully comes on be resets once u turn the amp power off then back on . if that don't fix it maybe ur amp needs some repairs inside.

What does the red and green light mean ???
red and green light? there is most likely a protection and a power light. The red I assume would either be a protection light or a clipping light signal. Does the amp kick off then these lights kick on red then to green?
