Hi, you can replace the cracked LCD screen of the Cellphone by purchasing a new LCD screen of the same Cellphone model number in any near by Cellphone Spare Parts store or service it in any Cellphone Service Centre.

You don't say exactly what you have with a cracked screen, so the final decision would be up to whoever made the product. A retailer like K-Mart normally has nothing to do with servicing what they sell, beyond possibly taking something in to send to a service facility. The K-Marts here in my area don't even do that, unless the product is something Sears would service, and you have a service plan covering the product. But check with your local K-Mart to see what they have to say.

Since you say your product has a cracked screen, I suspect it's unlikely you would be able to get this fixed under warranty in any case. Screens don't just crack on their own. It's usually because something hits or falls onto the screen or someone drops the product. Unless you have a warranty that covers everything, no questions asked, the manufacturer will probably refuse to fix the product without charge. A cracked screen they will usually say is caused by abuse, and will charge for the repair, at least for the part.

If you are trying to disassemble the LCD screen and hear cracking sounds then - the crushing/cracking sound is most likely that you have cracked the LCD screen in several places. If you look at an acute angle you will see cracks in the LCD screen.

you can use external monitor, but best option is to replace the cracked screen. Take a tour of toshiba service centre.

I am sorry to hear about your Insignia® Pilot MP3 player's cracked screen. Unfortunately cracked screens are considered to be physical damage and are not covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty nor by any Best Buy™ performance service plan or product replacement plans.

The MP3 player may still be serviceable but you would have to pay for the cost of repair. Your local Best Buy store can help you by sending the unit out for an estimate. However, my experience with these kinds of repairs is that they can often come close or exceed the cost of a comparable replacement item. It may make more economic sense to simply purchase a new MP3 player.

You should have this checked out by a qualified repair person at a Sprint Nextel service & repair center. Many full service centers can repair the i880 on site or order an advanced exchange to replace the unit.
