SOURCE: My Xerox DocuPrint M750 printer will not print black text but will print colour

This is just a suggestion. I recently bought a Staples refilled cartridge and had to return it because it did not work. When returning it the Staples Rep said that 50% of the cartridges do not work and get returned. This was an astounding amount I told the rep. Means nothing to him but to you, you may need to return the black cartridge if it is or is not a refill and try it out again. Let me know if that works.

SOURCE: my printer could not print out the Black words even though the Black Ink is full. How could i solve this problem ?

The problem is that the printhead of your printer or your cartridge is too clogged, try to open it up. If this does not manage to make it work, change the cartridge orprinthead

I have a Lexmark 1200 printer. Colour promlems

It could be that the cartridge has become dry.
you have to try several head cleans using the printer software and if that doesnt help then the cartridge needs to be replaced.

I just want to print a word document in black ink, but...........

Hi, this is not a solution because I don't think there is one apart from buying new inks. Epson and all other inkjet printers do this to prevent the coloured print head nozzles from getting blocked. If they are not used for a long time the ink dries up and blocks the nozzles. Epson recommends printing at least once a month with all colours to prevent this. Whenever the printer is turned on it performs a head clean, this is why the coloured inks get used over time even though they are not used for printing. ( Also Epson gets to sell you more cartridges)

Canon cp330 printer otom part of picture not printing color properly

Have you ever wondered if your printer has run out of a colour? Here's a simple way to check.
Steps:
1. Go into Microsoft Word.
2. Create four small rectangles.
3. Colour one of them black, another pink, the next turquoise, and the last yellow.
4. Print!
5. If all of the colours have come out clearly, it means you have enough of each colour. If one or more are not clear, you need to change them.
6. Save the file in My Documents to run whenever you need to test your printer cartridges.
7. Run occasionally to work printhead if printer is not used very often.
Tips:
1. To create rectangles in Microsoft Word, bring up the Drawing toolbar on "View" then "Toolbars", and press the rectangle button. To colour them in, right-click on them and choose "Format Autoshape" then choose the colour for the fill.

HP 2600N LASER PRINTER

You can try going into your print settings/preferences and checking magenta only. printers you need to keep a watchful eye on your ink levels, because if you are out of ink, you can not print in ANY color, even black.

If the above thing not works You can begin by making sure you are not using anything above 24-bit colour (RGB) in Word.

Also: Word does not use a colour profile. It doesn't make any changes to
the colour, so it doesn't compensate at all. The only colour profile
between Word and the printer is your Printer's colour profile.

Hope this helps

Colour problem with printer

After you scan it, do you immediately print it in an image format or do you use word? If you use word i might have a tip that might help.

Before printing, click File>print>click on "Properties" and check that the grayscale printing box isn't marked, if it is unmark it and it'll print in colour.

Also anything is that, when you're scanning. After previewing your scanned piece, double check the mode, either magazine (which is in colour), Black and white or outline (i think)

That's all i have for now.
