Purchased Bejeweled Blitz and it freezes after I have played only 2 games I have to shutdown my pc then restart it. How do I fix this.

Bejeweled has been giving so many people a lot of problems, it also happened to me, I uninstalled it, and then reinstalled it and now it's working fine again.

I would do the following:
Download and update the following from support.dell.com 1. BIOS 2. Video Driver 3. Notebook System Software
Download and update these from adobe.com 1. Flash 2. Shockwave
Download and update Java from Java.com

I'm also a Bejeweled Blitz fan! In Facebook, there's a download button at the bottom of the Bejeweled screen in Facebook that will allow you to download the latest PC version of Bejeweled Blitz which will also connect to Facebook. If you already have a registration number for the program, you should be able to type it in during the installation process.

When you try to run Bejeweled Blitz from your PC Desktop, you should see a "Connect to Facebook" button in the lower center part of the screen. Mine automatically connects to Facebook unless I'm having troubles with my wireless network or the Bejeweled Online game is experiencing problems with its system. Then I may need to click on the Connect to Facebook button.

If all else fails, contact their customer service department.

I hope this will help you get back up and running again in the full screen version. I love the game and enjoy it much more on the PC version that connects to Facebook.

Hi, 2 solutions since there were 2 types of iPhone (Original and Jailbreak). It may or may not work. If any of them works, just share for others. It really annoyed you since u were too used to it with iPhone.
1. If its an Original iPhone, u legally bought it from Apple Store. Delete the application from your phone and iTunes as well. Download the latest version from Apple Store to your iTunes and sync to your phone. You could re-download Facebook App as well if u wish. Don't log in to FB. Only do when Bejeweled Blitz asks you to.
(or) In your PC,
1. Go to Facebook and log into your account. 2. Click on account in the upper right hand corner of the screen. 3. From the drop down that appears select Privacy settings. 4. On the bottom of the page, there will be an "Apps and Websites" label in bold. Click the "Edit your settings" link under that heading. 5. The first section should be "Apps you use." Click the "Edit Settings" button to the right of the list there. 6. Find Bejeweled Blitz on the list & click the "Edit Settings" link beside it. 7. Click the "Remove" link next to "Access my data any time". 8. Launch your PC/Download version of Bejeweled Blitz! (http://www.facebook.com/topic.php?uid=40343401983&topic=20869#topic_top)

2. If its a Jailbreak iPhone, it doesn't matter where did u download it. What you need to do is to use the SBSettings Power Reset Mode. When you press the 'Power' button the drop down menu let you choose things like "Reboot", "Power Off". "Safe Mode", "Lock", etc.. Choose "Safe Mode". It will restart and your phone boot up w/o all your settings. I mean whatever you've modified on your phone. Then you try to play the game. It should be able to log in and connect online through FB since its a safe mode like PCs. If this solve the problem, you may change back to all your jailbreak settings.
If its still not working, you might need to Jailbreak again or Restore with iTunes(iOS will upgrade to 4.3.2) and jailbreak again.

Same with me. When I was playing the trial version, I had no problem with this issue. As soon as I purchased the game, I started receiving message "Failed to create high score file". Anyone can help?

I am sure hoping someone has the answer to this problem. I purchased "Bejeweled Blitz" for my computer in April 2010. I have had no issues until Friday October 22 2010. Went to play the game and got the error "ERROR: unlock code doesn't match system." I have made no changes in my computer. Per PopCap Games Support, I uninstalled the game, completed a REG EDIT and removed all instances of the game, search my entire hard drive for anything with "bejeweled blitz" and deleted it all. Then I restarted my computer (which Pop Cap said was the most important part). I then clicked on the link they provided and downloaded the game. After installing the game and clicking on "finish" to launch the game, the same error of "ERROR: unlock code doesn't match system" popped up. I sure hope someone can figure this out.
