I have a Samsung IDCS 28D and in the Display Area where the station name should appear there is a message that says BLANK MESSAGE.

hi,
if the display of your phone has gone bad, try do the following.
open the phone with a screw driver carefully.
after opening, find were the flex of the screen is connected to the phone panel.
make sure you fix the flex firm on the panel, then close the phone and switch it on.
if the problem continues, you will change the flex of the phone.

Hi I am assuming that your are using the Samsung Voice Mail, if so to change the no answer greeting;

enter voicemail, press the Voice Message Key, the pass code will be set in default to 0000. Your mailbox will not function properly until you have put your voice message on. To do this, press option 0, followed by 5 followed by 7. When you have got the message you require press the #. If you regularly change your voicemail message, you must press 3, delete the original message and reset the message followed by the #.

Hi Rachel, you need to remove your extension from the page groups, to do this;

press TRANSFER - 200 - 1234 - 1 - SPEAKER KEY

press 604.

using the 3rd softkey and your volume key when the cursor is under the 'members' find your extension number and press HOLD to delete yourself.
