Passenger seat stuck in reclining position, it goes into reclining position but will not come back up all other adjustments work
Hi. Thanks for your question. Check all the fuses first and then look under the seat to see if something has stuck in the track assembly. You might find that the wire connectors have disconnected from the seat switch somehow. However, you can also visit https://www.reliable-store.com and download the entire workshop manual for better understanding. It has all the information along with the diagrams which are really helpful. Good day!

SOURCE: passenger seat adjustment
I had the same problem when I first got my 2003 also. I played with it for a while and kept pushing down the levers on both sides and it finally caught. I haven't had a problem since.

More than Likely Stripped out. This is a Dealer only Repair. You could get the Parts from the Parts Counter at the Dealership and repair this yourself But, It is not Easy!

Electric or manual??? If electric one of the motors has gone out. If the kids were playing with it they may have held the button down causing the motor to spin while the seat was all the way foward and it will just burn the motor up after so long. Also the switch could be bad. Unfortunatley being that its power there is no way to manually move the seat back without the motor turning or removing the seat and spinning the motor sprocket by hand...
