I do not beleive you normally oil a Conn organ, only tonewheel Hammonds require oiling.

If you mean vacuum tubes istead of "lights" be aware that just because they light up doesn't mean they work.

MANY of them LIKELY are dual ones with two sections that both must be lit to work.
