Olevia tv shows nothing but black and white color how do i fix it

There is an option in the Webcam properties for black and white.

1. Open the Webcam program.
2. Top right corner of the window click the "down arrow" button next to the minimize and maximize button.
3. Select "Properties"
4. On the right side of the window, under the heading "Extra Control", make sure there is no check in the box.

You can change your lighting to fluorescent lighting the brighter the fluorescent lights are the better your cam will show up the colours, it worked for me.

This is a receiver issue and will need to be replaced as the internal hardrive has an issue that cannot be resolved onsite by a technician. Thanks for using Fix Ya.

You should check circuit boards for bad solder joints. It's possible to have a defective part on the board, open resistors, coil with broken wire or others. You could have a defective chroma chip or joint/part in the area. You should check the tv menu to make sure the color settings haven't been turned down first.
