not sure about this specific model. However, on the loading platen you should see a diagram of a sheet of paper with the top right corner turned over which indicates the paper should be face down. If it doesn't have this diagram you should assume it is face up.
Having no Operating Guide, I'd type a one line sample, make a note on the paper like "face-up" and put it in with the paper facing up and hit "print".
If it prints on that side you have your answer.
If it prints on the backside, then put your papers in facing down.
just check there wilkl bi mention face up or down .if not mention no problem just make a copy by putting face up and one copy by putting it face down.one time u will receive white copy and one time u will receive print on paper .when u will receive print check this is face up or down .after confirm just send fax
