go to the mfg web site down load firm ware up grade for that model .

you may deinstall the software from your computer and install it new after, then try, if it is still the same problem go to samsung web side and write your modell name scx4521F then go to download side and download: 1. Printer driver; 2. Scanner driver; 3. Dr. Printer,
when you download the soft ware do not install this direkt from down load, say save then you will find the soft ware in your download folder and you can install this soft ware from this folder as many times you need it. Choos allways the newest version of the soft ware mentioned on the samsung download side for your printer modell, hope this solves the problem.

Go under advanced settings in the printer properties and specify that the printer has a duplex option.

just go to control panel and then printers
and delete your printer and then installed again
that can solve your problem

i think ur not install smart movie soft ware.first u have to install that soft ware.can u down load the smart movie soft ware go to google search and find.

its not a true fix but I had the same issue. I turned off printer and slightly moved the paper thickness lever over a few inches. I turned it back on and the cartridge error was off. I do get a pop up from my printer program on the computer every time I initiate a print job asking to correct the lever, I click OK and it prints. I know its aRube Goldberg fix but I need this printer every day for work and for now it works.

You need to clean the printhead to resolve this issue.
Pls. follow the instructions below:
1) power on the printer

2) press"menu" on the printer

3) scroll down to "clean printhead"

4) select "deep clean"

Perform deep cleaning 3x then try printing a demo sheet to check if the issue has been resolved.
