This is not a South African government institution. You posted on the FIXYA web site, which mostly answers repair questions, and is not able to help you get a pension.
Please ask a relative or trusted friend to help you search for who to contact.
You will need to contact the organization that handles your pension.
I assume you are looking for assistance, and FIXYA volunteers can only try to give answers to questions, and cannot issue a certificate of membership in anything at all.
Ask for a copy of the pension plan. The calculation will be in there. If you're vested (usually 7 years with the company), then the pension will be some multiple of your recent pay (maybe averaging the best 3 of the past 5), scaled down for your age (discounted for every year before 65). If don't have a "defined benefit" pension plan, then the answer is probably $0.
