Hi, you can use Google search to search for anti-virus for your phone. When you get to the page of Google search, Just type in anti-virus for the model of the phone you are using.

with phone switched off, sim card and memory card removed press identify then press and hold 'c' then while holding 'c' plug the usb cable in. the first time it will ask for drivers which you direct it to wherever you extracted the folder to.

Note: some anti viruses detect this as a virus, its a false positive and would be advised to switch off resident shield before you extract file and while you use this programme, it will not hurt your pc in any way as i have been using it for years

First of all use the master reset function - reset all under menu >settings>master reset. If the virus is on a memory stick, look at the content on a computer and delete any files you aren't sure are safe. Download an antivirus and let it scan your phone memory as well as the memory card.

As far as I know, the K750i is a flashdriven phone which there is no free anti virus for. And no virus either.

try the format option wen u right click on fone in my computer
or run a virus scan on fone wen conect

Hey Friend, there is no need of using an Antivirus software in SE because virus cannot affect SE os. the prob is due to phone m/m overload or due to s/w corruption
