the number one cause of most toys like this is;:
bad battery in the unit.
replace it.
jack 4 , 9vdc is the only charging port.

Page 34 of cameras manual calls the battery non-replace lithium ion. looks like you cannot replace the battery. Sorry about that

I had the same promblem and this is how I solved it. If you have an android, screen shot the picture and crop as you desired. Then Press the share button and click bluetooth (Poloroid Zink) and dial in 6-0-0-0 for the password. Only put that in for the password. If it the password entry doesn't come up, that's okay. Hopefully this helped!
