There is a tab button that controls the number of decimal places you would like. press tab and it will change to 0-2-3-4-A-F showing on the bottom of the screen.
Without a manual, look at the picture of the calculator. Mount the paper, with the feed coming forward and over the top of the calculator. Insert the paper (recommend cutting it flush) into the feed slot in the back. Then use the paper advance key to advance the paper through the rollers. Unfortunately the manual is not available from the Staples website. Good Luck,
You press TIME and then you have a button = (it's also written SET on it) press for few second, it will flash, you can now set the date, DD-MM-YYYY than =/SET than TIME again then, =/SET you can now set the time ( the button X / AM-PM to set am or pm) you press =/SET when you're done, and you're set !
