Homelite LX30 Bandit with 30cm bar
Find an oil you like and mix it according to the oil recommendations.
I use Opti-2 in all my 2cycle fuel mix and it's a 100:1.
What the oil manufacturer says to mix the oil/fuel is what you go by, not what the engine manufacturer says.

SOURCE: I am looking for a homelite super 2 service manual
The factory manual states: Recommended First choice is Premium Homelite 32:1 Motor oil(SAE-40) in ratio 1 part oil to 32 parts gasoline (1/4 pint per U.S. gallon of gas or 3% oil)
Second Choice: Homelite 16:1(SAE-30) Motor oil or any motor oil for air-cooled 2-cycle engines in ratio of 1 part oil to 16 parts of gasoline (1/2 pint oil per U.S. gallon gasoline or 6% oil
The newer models are 50:1 yours is 32:1
SOURCE: chainsaw gas mixture ratio
An XL from that time frame recommends 32:1 here:

If my saw it would be adjusted for and operate on 50:1.
1 gallon of premium fuel to 2.6 ounces of quality 2-cycle oil.
4 liters of premium fuel to 80 milliliters of quality 2-cycle oil.
