Hi, the water not drain , the drain pump was stuck , causes are the small linen and other foriegn materials are bind the pump infeller , pump connot completely turn . so drain stuck need to clean , also the drain hose have sedimentation of soap and dust.

OK, what you are experiencing is a timer mechanism fault. the timer motor is malfunctioning. anytime you have to manually advance the timer knob, this will signal a fault within the control mech. this is easily fixed by, replacing the timer control module. i will place a link to the actual part needed to fix this issue. you can also purchase this timer on line at this site if you wish.

Sounds as if the drain pump is not ejecting the water fast enough. Did you notice of the washer is draining more slowly than usual or at all?

If you tip the washer to one side enough to see under it, you may find that the "coupler" between the motor and the transmission is broken. This is for models without a belt. The coupler has a black rubber disk and two plastic pieces each having three fingers that go into the disk, one plastic piece is on the motor shaft and the other is on the transmission shaft. It acts like a universal joint on a car. The coupler costs about $25.00 on the average. If that is not the problem, and your washer doesnt use a belt, then the transmission may be bad.
