The motor shouldn't have actual oil leaking from it. It could be oil migrating from a leak in a area close to the motor or oil dripping on the motor giving the appearance the motor is leaking? If it's a small amount of oil it might be the grease seeping out of the motor bearings.

After compressor turns off it leaks air from pressure switch

Sounds like you have a tank check valve leaking. It is located in top of the tank. The copper discharge line from the compressor goes into the check valve. Make sure there is no air pressure in the tank. Then Remove the large copper discharge line. Also remove the small copper line from the side of the check valve. Once the lines are removed you can remove the check valve. Most of the time the check valve needs replacing. Sometimes they have large pieces of trash holding them open.

What size breaker do I need for a Ingersoll Rand Model TS4N5

Look at the motor tag. It should give you the run amps which I believe is about 22. What ever your amps are on the tag multiply by 1.5. If it comes up like my example (11 + 22 = 33) go to the next available size. Like 35 or 40. This should size the breaker to get the unit through start up.

What weight of lubrication do i use for this compressor...Ingersoll Rand TS4N5? And do I need to bleed the tank off before adding oil?

Yes it is always a good practice to bleed the tank down. there is a check valve in the top of the receiver tank that keeps air from blowing back Thur the system. However if it's leaking you will have pressure on the oil sump. As for type of oil use a 30 weight non detergent oil. Recommend using ir's t30 all season or another type made for air compressor's.

I have an Ingersoll Rand 80 gallon, 5 hp compressor. The motor recently burned up and I replaced it with a new one about 1 1/2 weeks ago. The new motor now has burned up also. Could there be a problem with...

Hello,
Yes it could be running (turning) hard which will make the motor pull high amps. If you installa new motor make sure to check the amps while running to be sure that the draw is not over the name plate spec. Could also be that you just got a bad motor... believe me it happens more often then you would think...

I am assuming that you have checked the oil in the compressor and that the level is okay...

Remove it and try a NAPA auto parts store. If they can't help I'd try Graingers.
