Call your carrier and ask them to block the number for you. Or you may use apps to help you block a number. If you are using an iPhone, you can directly block a number in the Phone app or go to Settings>Phone>Blocked>Add New and add the number you want to block to the Blocked List. When they ring u again. Store the number in your contacts! Then u can touch the end button on ya phone, and you will hang up on the caller, without talking to them at all

Yes. You simply ring your service provider and ask them to block, that particular callers number, and you will never be bothered again. You may have to indicate why you wish this done, however unless asked, you don't need to elaborate, unless you want to.

In your mobile if you have options to screen numbers under message settings you can do it . About calls, you cannot do it at your end. Contact your service provider customer care center and report the number to them. they can avoid it. Or they will take necessary steps that it does not happen again.

Certain phones do have an option to filter incoming calls and msgs. Your may have one too. Just check the settings under Security. If not then you can download a software "BLOCKER". If you can install it on your device then you would be able to block unwanted calls and msgs. Search google for blocker to be taken to the site for download free.
