well your close f11 is a motor control unit error or a loose connection in the wiring harness from the mcu to the motor or from the mcu up to the control panel the mcu is under the bottom kick panel un plug the washer safety first then start at the motor follow the wires back to the mcu checking wires and connectors then form the mcu up to the control board check your motor for continuity normal should be about 6 ohms between pins 1&2 then same at pins 2&3 same at pins 1&3 your motor maybe overheating and tripping out on overload then restarting when the washer motor cools down if all that checks get back with me and we will run diag on it

SOURCE: Blinking light cycle won't start

sounds as if you have a bad door latch assy, the unit is not recognizing the door closed, so when the button depressed probly only beeps 3 times at you. check the lock/latch for an obvious broken part

SOURCE: Whirlpool Duet Sport Front loading washer and dryer with error code

An easy Fix. Take off the kick panel, 3 screws 1/4 inch. Make sure you have a shop vac ready or a lot of towels as there will be some water. Always disconnect power to washer and dryer, and turn off water to washer. Your filter most likely is clogged with change, screws, lint, and other household stuff that we leave in our pockets! Unscrew the cap on the filter, easy to find, since you have the kick panel off! Take everything out of the filter. Take your shop vac and **** out remaining stuff in hose. Also, **** up any water that has leaked in and around the washer. Screw the cap back on hand tight, put the kick panel back on, turn your water back on, plug it in and there you go! Maybe takes an hour and saves you a repair bill. If you are not comfortable with this procedure then call a maintenance person that is qualified. 775f844.jpg

SOURCE: Whirlpool Duet Mdl GHW9150PWO Washer stops

HI. this code represents a Long Drain issue.

If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes, the water valves are turned off and F02 is flashed.

Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.

NOTE: After 4 minutes the “Sud” error will be displayed, then 4 minutes later the F02 error code will be displayed.

Potential Causes

• Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked
• Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.
• Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects
• If the above does not correct the problem replace the pump

Press the cancel button twice to cancel the error code. There should be an error code flashing -- for example 'F02'.

I stopped washer while soap washing to add another item. Now it is stuck and the time is still blinking and nothing will reset it including the reset and start button. Help.

I would unplug the unit. Then plug it back in, let it spin the water out and restart the machine, do not add more soap and see it that fixes the problem.
