Water and ice despeser not working not even the light. is there a reset button or a fuse that went? everthing else works fine.

Water valve for ice maker may be bad. there are two valves with one supply line, one valve controls the water dispenser and one for the ice maker. you can ohm out the solenoids, it'll ohm if its good and won't if its bad

uneven ice usually water dispersment prob. or low freon charge, metering device not metering charge evenly.

main control board may have gotten zapped!!! unplug count to 30, plug in.. see what happens

We weren't able to find a "Reset" button anywhere on the fridge, so I turned it off, unplugged it, waited 24 hours, and plugged it back in. The lights came on and I, then, turned it back on. It's working fine and keeping ice cubes frozen. Whew! That was a relief!

you could have a problem with your dispenser module. a burnt pcb that could lead to all of your problems. switches not working, lights not working, dispenser not working, etc.

check your dispenser module and if you find a burnt part or a burnt PCB, then replace it.

is there water in the ice trays?if not try pushing the test button normally underneath the unit. possibly it will initiate a reset and start working. sometimes a limit is not activated when it should be.
