Use this page to download a copy of CASIO watch manuals in PDF format. To download a PDF file, enter the four-digit (or three-digit) module number marked on the back cover of your watch.

http://world.casio.com/wat/download/en/manual/

You will need a pdf reader on your pc, you will find all instructions in there.

If you don't have a pdf reader you can get one from

SOURCE: heart rate zones

Heart rates are known by the garmin software as zones, numeroted 1 up to 9.
You can set on the software your heart rate, based on :
- HR max ;
- intermediate HR, linked to the zones.
Then, when you upload a session in the software, you will analyze the zones you ran in.

Another tip : to set on the Garmin itself, the Zones to ON,then Z0 to ON, and Z0 HRM to ON : here you can indicate your HRM low (ex : 165 for me) and the HRM High (185 for example). Then during your session, an up or down arrow will appear, indicate if you run below your HRM low (aerobic zone), your anaerobic zone (betwin HRM Low and High) or in VO2 max.

Hoping that's clear and that can help you.

SOURCE: Citizen Skyhawk SMT date?

You've gotta go to the set setting, one click out on the knob and cycle through all the timezones using the B button (the lower one) to change all the settings to OF (for winter) or ON (for summer time). According to their website FAQ, they can't determine when daylight savings time goes into effect for all the different time zones so there is no automatic changeover from SMT to normal and back again. Disappointing, I know. I just spent half an hour going through their website looking for some master switchover as well.

How do i match the digi time with the hand time?

Some Renato anidigis are world timers tracking second times and time zones. On my Vulcan World timer for example, pressing the crown allows you to select and set a second city and time zone for the digital display while the analog dial continues to show the primary local time you entered when you did the initial setup. If you want both displays to show the same time, simply set the same city for both displays. To set the secondary digital display on mine, after pressing the crown, CITY would blink, and I would choose the same city and time zone again rather than let the indicator rest on a different one at random.

I purchased a Nat. Geo. Dakota watch in past fall..It was impossible to set. Paid a watch shop to set it....now it won't change to daylight savings time...nor will it change time zones when I travel....

When changing time zones, your watch must be manually set for the new time zone you will be entering. This watch is not designed to adjust for new time zones automatically. Instructions for changing time zones can be changed using the directions found on pages 2-4 in your instruction manual. When changing to and from DST, your watch should automatically adjust for this difference with the next 24 hours after the change. If your watch has not adjusted, you may be in an area that is not receiving signal. Check if your watch has received signal by using the directions found on page 1 of your instruction manual. If your watch has received signal in the past and no longer is receiving signal, your watch may need to be serviced or exchanged. Please contact Dakota Watch Company Customer Service by email at [email protected], or by phone at 1-888-459-0404.

Citizen Skyhawk Time Adjustment Problem

It is possible to set the main analogue hour and minute hand 30 minutes out of phase with the digital readout, but doing so will also put the analogue UTC dial 30 minutes off. It can be done by using a variation of the proceedure for zeroing the watch hands as follows: 1. Rotate the crown in its normal opering position to set the watch in chronograph mode (mode dial pointing to "chr") 2. Pull out the crown to the second click. This should cause all the hands on the watch to return to zero. "HR" should appear on the left-hand digital display. This will allow you to move the hour hand by twisting the crown. Advance it to about half way between the 12 o'clock and 1 o'clock positions. 3. Press the top button. "MIN" should appear in the left-hand digital display. This allows you to adjust the minute hand. Twist the crown to advance it to the 6 o'clock, or 30 minute, position. Note that this will also move the minute hand on the small UTC dial to the 30 minute position. 4. Press the crown back into its normal position. 5. Reset the digital time and date according to a time zone that is in a one-hour offset from UTC. This is not a perfect solution. Your digital readings will show the correct time for all one-hour offset time zones while your analogue nads are 30 minutes out of phase. Your small UTC dial will also be 30 minutes out of phase with the digital UTC. Hope this helps.
