I have a telstra gateway fusion modem on nbn FTTN network but i cannot recieve calls from Optus or Vodafone. It says my number is disconnected. I can recieve calls from persons using the Telstra

No its a scam NBN do not call Telstra is a retailer of NBN just hang up on the calls

nbn < fiber ,cable ,DLSL, or ? they have many product , and you never said. it.

one model on their web site clearly states
4 gigalan jacks on the rear, if yes
all 4 work, just connect your cables.

all 3 have 4 ports, ethernet.
just connect the cable. end story.

To connect your telestra smart modem to the wifi
1. select the wifi name printed on the magnate attached to your quick start quide
2. Enter the wifi password also like I did on the fridge magnate
3. If you are on the nbn when the phone light is on you will be able to make and receive calls.
4. If your phone isin't connect to the nbn, even if the phone light on the modem isin't on your phone should be able to make and receive calls

turn off the nbn modem and turn it back on and wait five minutes for it to sync with nbn and try calling your phone number .
may need to turn of power to nbn equipment as well and turn back on again but try the modem unit first.

have you got NBN connected and what phone system are you using cordless on fixed land line or fixed phone on landline

call telstra help line as it is a telstra nbn modem problem
