Apparently Infiniti Group International has Sterling & Noble (clocks) as one of its registered trademarks.

I have not found a web site for Infiniti Group International. However, go to this web page, which is part of a corporate informaton web site:

There you will find the number to call and ask for customer service or product support.

The company MAY or MAY NOT sell repair parts for Sterling & Noble clocks. If the company does not, perhaps a local watch and clock repair business can provide you with the proper replacement parts.

How duo I change the time on my Sterling & Noble wall clock? It does not have any dials on the back to turn?.
To change the time on a Sterling & Noble wall clock that does not have any dials on the back, you will need to follow these steps:
  1. Locate the small, round hole on the back of the clock. This is the reset button.
  2. Using a small object, such as a paperclip or a toothpick, press and hold the reset button for about 5 seconds. This will reset the clock and allow you to set the time.
  3. Release the reset button, and the minute hand will begin to move around the clock face. Use the reset button to advance the minute hand to the correct time.
  4. Once the minute hand is set to the correct time, the hour hand will begin to move around the clock face. Use the reset button to advance the hour hand to the correct time.
  5. Once the hour hand is set to the correct time, the clock will begin to run normally.

No I am not getting any answers here. I have a Sterling & Noble wall clock battery operated and I can't where to change the time.
No one here is paid to answer questions, everyone does it for free, in their spare time _when_ they have time. I am here 10 hours a day every day for no pay! Your first post had no information to provide a definitive answer, but I took a stab at it anyway.

Sterling and Noble make hundreds of clocks, but there is help in this link Liz.

Hello John Ruggiers,

I did check on-line but OMG the single WRST youtube
I've ever seen... (forget about it).

Bottom line: It is done with the MODE button...
DAYLIGHT, 12/24hr, day, month, year & alarm ...

If all else fails ..
I tape abbreviated instructions on
the backside of the clock.

Knowing that "ATOMIC" CLOCKS run their
minutes off of the national radio beacons...
Choosing your time ZONE and telling it IF you
recognize "DAYLOGHT SAVINGS" ... or not:

Your "SETTING" options are a bit challenging...

the whole point of the clock is that it is self correcting

KDS IP-8988 G3 mixing amplifier sound problem I was watching a movie on youtube when the KDS IP-8988 G3 sent very loud sounds to the speakers without anyone touching the remote or the machine. I immediately turned it off. The KDS was connected to a surge protector and the surge protector is still OK. Other electronics connected to the same surge protector are OK. When I turn on the KDS IP-8988 G3 now, the "output level" light goes to the maximum level and sends a loud hissing sound to the speakers. Adjusting the "mic master volume" and "music master volume" buttons do not change anything. It no longer accepted sound from inputs like TV or DVD player but just put out very loud hissing sound.
