I have brought a tesco onebody heart rate monitor and watch are there any online instructions as the instructions with it are to small for me to read

What may be easier, is to take the instructions you have to a local copy center have them make a copy in an enlarged format. Or have someone take it to work with them and have them make an enlarged copy for you. Most office copiers will enlarge the print.

Free advise on lcd monitor not responding to cpu?

You need to isolate the problem first. Please follow the instructions below:

1. Connect the problem LCD monitor into different computer (to see if the problem is the monitor or it could be the video card in your computer).

2. Try connecting a known working monitor to the problem computer.

If the problem monitor worked with other computer, then you may need to contact the computer manufacturer for the second opinion.

If the monitor did not work with other computer, then you may need to refer to the manufacturer of the LCD for repair.

Have a great day!

Garage sale purchase ...no instructions a few wires that's it

All you need to do is plug in the video cable into the back of your computer (VGA port) and plug the monitor into the wall. If the monitor doesn't turn on when plugged in, then the monitor is bad.
