please i have a dishwasher SDW60B12 , i live in spain and no body knows this brand here. So the error code is F9, please anybody knows what does it mean.?.. please i called an engineer buy he does`t know about it. Pleaseee.

f1 = Flood Code

This means that the dishwasher most likely has a leak

There is a float switch in the bottom of the machine and when water gets down there it trips the code

F2 = Roter not moving

you can remove the basket and spray arm and pull the roter out and make sure its clean and give it a try.

Have the same problem with brand new, unused DMS500TR dishwasher. Rang Samsung, they said F3 is a water leak error.

F1 error indicates flood switch in base has activated, meaning machine has leaked. This causes machine to drain continously, and can only be stopped by switching off power. Not easy to fix if you don't have experience- bottom drawer has to be removed to access flood switch, then machine needs to be test run and checked for leaks. Best to call the professionals!!
