you go to your system settings which is the wrench-like icon on the main screen. you then find the internet option and tap it. select connection settings and pick connections 1, 2 or 3. After that, tap search for an access point. then select an access point that is either unlocked, or you know the code to a locked one. if its unlocked, select it, save it, and do the connection test. if the test is successful, you will then be able to use the web icon or anything else. If the access point is locked, enter the code or if it tells you to use advanced setup, go all the way back to the first internet option, pick connection settings, then select advanced setup. pick a connection, search for an access point, enter the code, and save it. then do a connection test. if successful, you can access internet, dsi shop, or any other wi-fi compatible game/app.

Are you talking about the web browser app? It is possible that you deleted it. You can re-download it if you go to the DSi shop.

i am sorry the same is happening to me i suggest turning all internet connections off then re typing all the internet info i that does not work go to game stop and ask them .
