My account is being accessed from a computer without my authorization and my privacy is being envaded.
Within the latest WhatsApp settings, there is a password protection feature so each time you reinstall WhatsApp you have to enter that code you set.

okay what you can do....is eprom it by pressing *2767*2878#.....this will also blank all data you had save on the phone.

You should be able to reset this by turning on the phone without the SIM card inside, then entering *2767*2878# and waiting for the phone to reset. Once it starts up, the code should be gone from the phone and you should be able to get into it again.

Most likely the destination folder for the scanning is a shared folder with limited rights. As the administrator, reset the permissions for that folder or redirect the software to a common folder with read/write/creation etc... access.
Also, make sure you are using the HP provided drivers and not those from Microsoft.

login to your account using another computer, then make sure you logoff, or access yahoo via the computer you can access it and log off, then login using your own computer.

Remove the sim-card and switch on the phone .. and press this code *2767*2878# .. the phone will restore the factory settings.
