The problem is to do with the TV's cache. I do not know why, but after you go to System and empty the cache, restart the TV, everything will work. I suspect the cache is too small

Most Hisense TVs have issue with disconnecting from the WiFi network, but this is not a good reason to not buy this great TV, as the workaround is very easy.

There are two other ways to fix it:

    1. turn off the TV at the mains for at least a minute, then turn it back on, everything will be fine again - this is an easy way, but may be annoying. In my experience I did not need to unplug and replug the TV.
    2. Turn off "Wake on WiFi" in Settings - Network. When starting Netflix at times it may complain about not being connected to the network, just cancel out that screen, Netflix will play perfectly - I suggest this as the easiest option. You may need to click OK a few times to try connecting again, but I have the same issue with my LG OLED TV. It will connect again eventually.

I don't have Cache option. Instead, I decided to RESET the connection and RECONNECT. It worked.

Unplug your TV power and then plug it in again. It will then connect to your WiFi that you already had set up. I have to unplug the power about every 3-5 days. No idea why, but it fixes it.

Is your WLAN turned on? It's usually a switch or button somewhere on the machine with the WiFi icon around it. Kind of like this:

HI! I bliv u are having some issue setting up ur router.. I will be more than glad to assist u. here are the steps u need to do:
1. press the reset button on the back of the router for 20sec..while pressing the reset button, unplug the power plug and after 2secs while pressing the reset button plug it back in and press for 30secs after that unplug the router for 15secs then plug it back in..once all the lights are solid and ok
2. connect the ethernet cable to port1 of the router and the other end to the lan port of your computer..
3. pull up ur browser then type at the url:192.168.1.1.or 192.168.0.1 or u can check the routers default gateway by right clicking the network icon on the lower right of your task bar and click on status and it will show the ip address of the computer, subnetmask and default gateway, the default gateway is the routers ip address, once u type in to the url, it will ask u the username and password, by default the username is admin and the password is 1234 or just leave it blank
4. it will show the setup page of the router. u can set the router on the specific internet setup that u have.
a. if ur isp is a cable company, normaly u need to do a mac clone on the router setup page by cloning the computer that is reg to the cable company, how to determine it. ex. the computer that is reg to the cable company is a desktop or laptop, if this computer is connected to the modem directly and u can access internet.
b. once u determined it u need to connect this computer directly to the router and do a mac clone and set ur internet settings to auto-dhcp..then save the settings and after that, unplug to the power of the modem and router, plug in 1st the power of the modem then once all lights lit, plug in the router, then once all lights lit, try to pull up a browser that ur computer is connected directly to the router.. ur cable connection shud be, cable from the modem will go to the WAN port of the router and connect ethernet cable on port1 going to the lan port of the computer..once u can access the internet, u can now access again the setup page of the router by typing at the url:192.168.1.1 and u can setup the wireless settings, u need to create a ssid or wireless name and a security..
5. If ur isp is a dsl normaly they give u a username and password to connect to the internet, ur settings on the router should be PPPoe
6. If ur isp gives u a static ip address settings, u need to set the router to isp setup.
a. how to check the isp of the isp given to u..
1. click on start
2. run
3. type cmd
4. it will show a dos prompt
5. from the dos prompt type ipconfig/all
6. it will list the ip address, subnet, default gateway, dns server
this settings should be type in to the settings on the router for static ip addressing..

SOURCE: How do i get my 32 inch hisense tv to connect to my wifi? It says connected but not connecting.

I have a 1999 Alero, and yes it is under the hood in a black fuse box, slot 34, 20 amp.

SOURCE:

Could be a corrupt Wi-Fi receiver module, before you rip it apart if it’s not under warranty.
Buy an external USB Wi-Fi adapter and insert it into the TV see if that resolves the issue.
Unless your an electronic geek or you have the electrical diagram you really won’t know what the WiFi unit looks like or if it’s even a detachable board. It maybe built into the entire circuit.

Hisense Smart TV - not able to remember wifi password

Hello Michelle, if the WIFI is the same one that you use in your house with the cell phone or the PC, search in these devices, in WIFI connections, properties, and there the WIFI password should appear
The other option is to factory reset the WIFI and configure it again
You can also contact your internet operator and ask for the password
I hope you serve my comments

My Hisense TV wont connect to the internet and says that I need to get a wifi module even though I already have one.

If other devices are able to connect but the TV won't go into the settings and tell the TV to forget the connection or turn off the wireless on the TV then restart the TV and turn the wireless back on and see if that helps pick up the signal again.

How can I connect my hisense tv to wifi? it wont show my wifi name in security mode. when I scan it says no ap?

Either your router is not set up to broadcast the SSID(network name),the router is too far away from the TV, or there is a problem with the wireless on the TV.

If you can see the SSID from the same location with your phone/tablet/etc then it is probably an issue with the TV. You can also check for a firmware update for both the TV and the router.

How do I connect my TCL Smart TV to my Wifi network?

Check your router to see if the MAC Filtering feature is in use. If it is then you will need to add the TV's MAC address to the list of permitted devices before the connection will complete.

Come across a really annoying problem within our household. We're with TalkTalk for internet, i'm on a PC connected via WiFi through a dongle on the network. There's also a TV that is causing the...

Ok. (I don't know how much help I can offer since I'm in USA and you're in UK). 1) From what little I was able to look up, TalkTalk Internet is really small and has a lot of issues regarding on what it delivers to it's customers. 2) The HUAWEI HG533 Router... (from your description of the symptoms with your TV), seems functioning ok, just that the Bandwidth (Internet speed of your ISP-TalkTalk) is too slow to keep up with everything you want to do once you add the Video for the TV. IF you use the Internet cable from your router to the TV, you should have a Faster connection for internet reception (compared to WiFi. Minimum of N-Band on WiFi should suffice for 1 TV and 1 Computer. 5 Devices or more, I recommend a Better Router and Cable your Devices that need the Fastest connection for response, IE. 1-2 computers, TV or Blu-Ray device that provides content to your TV). Best advice - Inquire your Internet Provider about your situation, Possibly change ISP's, Make sure your Router can handle the Usage on WiFi and Cable connect that you require. I have been using a D-Link DIR-655 N-Band Gaming Router (broadcasts WiFI @ 65Mbps/sec, 4 cable connect Ports with 1Gbps speed) for several years now. I've got 2 puters and a Blu-Ray device cable connected, we WiFi our 3Cell phones, a Sony WII and 2 other puters for our kids. We pay a about $25 more a month for faster Internet speed, all runs rather well (Time Warner Cable Turbo, USA, total Internet cost is $65 a month, we don't subscribe to any tv or land-line phone, since we use cell phones).
