RADF Samsung 6322 doesn't working.

The RADF (Reverse Automatic Document Feeder) on your Samsung 6322dn printer is not working and it is not detected by the machine. Here are a few possible solutions:
  • Make sure that the RADF is properly connected to the printer. The connector you mentioned is a VGA connector, but it could be a different type of connector depending on the model. Make sure that the connector is securely plugged in and that there are no loose connections.
  • Check the status of the RADF in the printer's menu. Some printers have a setting that allows you to enable or disable the RADF. Make sure that it is set to enable.
  • Check the printer's manual or consult the manufacturer's website for troubleshooting steps specific to your printer's model.
  • Verify that the RADF is not jammed. Open the RADF and check for any paper or debris that may be blocking the paper path.
  • Check if the RADF's pick-up roller is not dirty or worn out. The pick-up roller is responsible for picking up paper from the RADF's tray and feed it to the printer. If it is dirty or worn out it may cause paper jams or feed issues.
  • Check the printer's firmware version, if it is outdated, try updating it to the latest version.
  • If none of the above solutions work, it is best to contact a technician or the manufacturer's technical support for further assistance. They will be able to provide more specific instructions for your specific model and can guide you through the process of finding and fixing the problem.

There is no need to change the mode. When the document is loaded on the document feeder, the screen displays "DOCUMENT LOADED" and shall copy or scan this document. To copy or scan from glass, DO NOT LOAD ANY DOCUMENT IN THE FEEDER. The printer will automatically copy / scan from glass.

I have a message coming up that I don't know what it means.

ADF = Auto Document Feeder (Usually on top)

RADF = Rear Auto Document Feeder, (On the back)

Something is stuck in one of these, a piece of paper, foam, paperclip, twist tie . . . it could be anything. Follow the squealing sound and check the paper feeder rollers.

Find what is in the way and remove it.

Cheers.
