Hi Jennifer Lloyd-Mentzer, I want to help you with your question, but I need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box? Is there any identifying information that would suggest a model number so we could search the internet for a manual?

Her do I find the model number on my magic chef electric oven. Red light is on staying on? Burners and ovens are all off, What's or how do I find out what's wrong?

Possible locations shown in article at the web link below:

How to Find Model Number on Magic Chef Oven Hunker

Quoting the link above:

Step 1 Open the oven door. At the top, left-hand corner of the open oven, locate the model number tag.
Step 2 Check under the burners. Lift each burner on the stove off to see if the plate is underneath. Do this if the plate is not located on the inside of the oven.

I was baking dinner and the kids walked by and looked oven door. Now i can't get it to open. Its a magic chef/ self cleaning oven

Need to know the exact model to be sure, but usually there is a button that says "lock" or has a padlock icon that you press and hold for a minute or so to lock and unlock.
Also, if they started a cleaning cycle, that will lock the door, too.

Hello, I have an older model magic chef gas stove/oven. It has a self cleaning oven option that I tried using. It didn't work, but now the lock light on the stove is still lit up as if it's still in...

most likely your latch assembly on unit has failed.... try resetting breaker to unit and make sure latch is not half opened or half closed while breaker is off... after checking reset breaker and see if this helps if not then probley going to need a new latch assembly and or possibly the control on unit... self clean on all ranges and ovens are trouble in my opinion they get entirely to hot and usually are ran to long... i know you said yours didn't work leads me to believe there may have already been damage to one of the pcb relays on the control but try the above first and you may luck out.... good luck to you

Oven wont heat

That depends if the oven is electric or gas.

If it is electric, it can be heating element, temp probe, or control knob/buttons, board and wiring.

If it is gas it can be the igniter (check spark) , the thermostat, the safety valve that prevents accidental gas flow, or the control.

If the oven has self cleaning cycle, check that it is not stuck on self cleaning, try unplugging for a while and restarting self cleaning cycle in that case.

Check also What is wrong with your Range/Stove/Oven?

I have a majic chef oven, when i turn it on it beeps and flashes

Self clean on some older models can cause some issues. F-3 is a sensor error. This could have been damaged by high heat or in some cases if the sensor is ok, the control doesn't know it's there.

Missing my manual

I suggest you read this link before you use the self clean cycle. http://www.fixya.com/support/t241114-oven_will_not_heat#SameProblemContinued
I used mine for the first time two days ago on model KEBC147 and it will not heat now.
You might not want to try self-clean unless you have time to call for repair afterwards before
using your oven again.

Very disappointed in KitchenAid in Texas ...
