Are you in a "remote area"? You should be able to verify the signal from the tower to ensure you still have a good connection with Tracfone. Do you also connect via WiFi at your location to the Internet? Maybe your device that enables you to receive a good WiFi signal is not working or working poorly.... One thing to do first is to power off your phone and restart it so that the phone can reinitialize with all the connections it needs to get a good Internet connection. If you live close to a public establishment where you know they have a good WiFi connection, go there to see if it works there. If it does, then you can isolate part of the problem. (your usual location)....where you can check for trouble... If the phone doesn't connect to a public WiFi connection, then the phone might have a problem connecting. Has it been dropped recently? Sometimes, dropping the phone will cause the internal system board to crack, causing damage to the phone. If you have WiFi go to settings set phone to use WiFi, you can also load an app from play store to use WiFi if you have not paid your bill.

Many times, picture messages must be downloaded over mobile data. Sometimes, your phone will only have wifi turned on. Turn off wifi or at least make sure your mobile data is on. This should allow the picture to be downloaded.

Select the WiFi app from the Main Menu screen
- Turn WiFi on
- Choose the Menu icon in the upper right of the screen, just below the clock
- 3 options should show in the menu

My MAC Address,
WiFi Sleep Setting.
- Choose My MAC Address, and it will show the properly formatted hex code, similar to this_ F0:A1:B2:C3:D4:E5.

First of all you may want to decide to check out if the wifi connection is disabled or enabled.
If you go to system settings, in the network area you should be able to see if the wifi card is enabled. If is not enabled you may want to right click on the wifi icon connection and click on enable.

There is wifi switch on laptop first turned it on. Make sure wireless network adapter driver installed and enable you can check it in device manager. Press Fn+ F5 key turn the wifi on. Then you can view available wifi networks. Let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks for using FixYa.

the only way to get pictures from the phone to a computer is to send the pictures to you via email. you can't get the pictures to a computer using a cord.
