My tv will not turn on. the red off light is on. when I push the on button nothing happens , red off light stays on. doesn't power up , but has power as the red light in on

Either the new power supply you purchased is not functioning correctly. But, assuming it is now that you are getting some form of power to your PC, it is very likely the motherboard. Whatever fried your old power supply (or it could have just been the power supply itself) most likely fried your motherboard in the process. Probably not the CPU since the MB can't even post.

same thing,tv won,t come on,unplug the tv, nothing at all,just yesterday my tv was fine, this is the first time this has ever happen

I have the sames t.v you have to go in the back flip the power cord switch...then reboot the t.v.

SOURCE: Polaroid 4011-tlxb. Power to tv and it was turning

if you replaced the supply board then there is issues with the decoder board as you would need to chec kthat and see if its not the issue.

SOURCE: screen will not turn on, power light flashes red

try checking first your tact switch or your power button, then next look for open fuses or low ohm resistor on secondary part of your power supply then check your horizontal and vertical outputs for shortage and open circuits check also your horizontal drive stage.
