SOURCE: Replacing faulty regulator for hotplate

Remove hotplate and oven control knobs. Under the 2nd and 5th knobs is an extra screw which holds on the front cover. Unscrew these and free the cover then access is gained to the screws (2 on each edge) which removes the plate to which the regulators are fixed.Remove the faulty regulator by unscrewing it from the plate,(2 screws) It is an easy job then to install the new part taking care to put the correct wires on the correct terminals. Reassemble, job done!

SOURCE: E2 error code on Haier cprd12xh7 portable air conditioner

Hi! You need to check pump filter. It could be jammed with a coin or hair clip. Now take the machine outside and empty it then lay it on its side and you can access the pump. Take it off, stand up the machine and pour hot water into the soap draw and check water should run out of bottom freely taking any fluff or bits with it. Now take apart the pump and clean it and dry all components before re-assembly. If the machine still doesn?t work then you need to replace the pump. Please do rate this solution as FixYa and revert for further assistance. Thanks Rylee

SOURCE: error code 56 on stoves ceramic hob

The capacitor C17 on the pcb modual needs changing, dont go to stoves as this will cost you in the region of £250 to £300 yep i could not believe it either, Go to Maplins and get a capacitor (1000uf 16v VH50) Turn of the power Lift out the hob undo the screws around the top edge two each side the at the back take off the Glass now remove the heat shield from around the modual, lift out the modual and turn over, looking at the pcb at the top slightly to the right is C17 a small object that looks like a silver battery, carfully break this so it falls apart and remove any small bits, note - on left + on right Now solder new Capacitor in place, you will have to cut the legs shorter so dont get any parts to hot when soldering new part in, put everything back as it came apart and the hob will now work as good as new and only costing you approx 56p it should take a novice about 20mins to do this, good luck.

SOURCE: error code E2

Error Code E2 means the pump is blocked. The remedy is to take the filter out which is underneath the bottom dish basket and ensure its is clean and free from debris. Then use a small container to empty the water sitting in the bottom of the machine/filter housing and ensure that no waste is stuck in the bottom. That should clear it

Belling Induction hob flashing E6

An E6 error code on a Belling induction hob typically indicates an issue with the power supply or the circuit board that controls the back two rings. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Reset the hob: Try turning off the power to the hob for a few minutes and then turning it back on. This can sometimes reset the circuit board and clear the error code.
  2. Check the power supply: Make sure the hob is receiving a stable and adequate power supply. Check the circuit breaker or fuse for the hob to ensure it is not tripped or blown.
  3. Check the wiring: Inspect the wiring and connections for the back two rings to ensure they are not loose or damaged. Tighten any loose connections or replace any damaged wiring.
  4. Contact a professional: If the issue persists, it may be a problem with the circuit board or control module. In this case, it's best to contact a professional technician or the manufacturer for assistance with repairs or replacement parts.
I hope this helps you resolve the issue with your Belling induction

We have a belling induction cooker. The trip blew now E5 is flashing on the hob, only two of the hot plates are working and neither of the ovens are working. It's only 2.5 years old.

Unfortunately, Induction hobs on domestic cookers have always been a problem. A single, one ring catering hob is $1,200 and is expected to last 2 years in an industrial environment.

There are two videos here, but I reckon you will need a service call.

My kitchen aid stove keeps displaying F2:E2 - Why? and what does that mean?

That code means that the oven is over heating.
Replacing the temp. sensor should do the trick. The sensor
is the rod that protrudes from the inside back wall of oven.Usually in the top left corner.

Message on stove top reads E2. F1 what do these symbols mean?

Hi

Error code F1-E2 means that an error with the keypad has occurred. Usually it happens due to loose ribbon cable on the keypad or the electronic control assembly itself going bad. To resolve this issue first, disconnect the power to unit and then gain access to the back of the clock assembly (Electronic Range Control/ERC). Now unplug the touch pad ribbon connector from the ERC, it would be a flat wire approx. 1 1/2" to 2" wide and make sure that the cable is not broken and nothing is shorted on the keypad. After this is done insert the cable back and then plug the unit back to check. If the error is still there then the electronic control board should be replaced. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.
