You may need to try using a different flash, if you click the flash button various times you may notice that there is different flash options.

When taking pictures outside or from inside through a window, the picture comes out white with faint red outlines of some images. Inside the house and darker areas it takes pretty good pic's. What can be...

First the camera has a flash to allow for darker areas to be illuminated to capture pictures. The type of camera may bot allow to capture outdoor pictures with the camera flash on. Power off the flash when outdoors to capture daylight pictures.

Picture comes out blurry and there appears a hand that appears to be shaking in the top left hand corner of the picture screen

Hand shake means shutter speed is too low to avoid blurred picture(due to low light)
Either increase lighting or
Use flash and turn it on or use higher ISO setting or
Use lowest aperture number.
Last when there is nothing moving in the frame you can use tripod at any P.A.S settings in any lighting

When taking pictures they come out blurrie i try

Turn on your flash! Even in good lighting, shoot with the flash on. This will make your exposure shorter, and there will be less opportunity for movement of the camera or the subject to blur the photo.

No picture lcd

There are many parts damage cause the same problem.
No picture but you still see the video very blur on the screen. To find it, use flash light point to the screen you will see the picture there. Problem comes from the inverter board.
NO picture, no back light-stand by Led is on. Problem from the Power Suppy or from the Timing Controller.
The main board causes the same problem.
The worse case, the panel is dead.

Blurred pictures on fuji finepix J15fd

This is the camera shake warning, and thus the blur. It is suggesting you are using too slow of a shutter speed for the lighting conditions. The flash should be set to "auto" in order that it will automatically fire if the light is insufficient. Check your flash settings to make sure it's not set to "slow-sync" or "fill-in" settings.

Blurred images with no flash

First, try to get more light, particularly natural light (window); second, try using shutter priority (S mode), setting the shutter speed at not less than 1/50, faster if you are shooting motion/action (check the Properties of the blurred pictures that you've been getting in Camedia software - the shutter speeds are probably too slow because of the low light), and experiment with higher ISO settings (either 200 or Auto, not 400) though there's a trade-off in noise levels.
