TV is ok. Make sure you have the correct input selected for what ever video source you are using.

most likely the power board has a faulure, check the fuses for start.

How do I set up my Panasonic TV?
Hit the Menu button on your Panasonic TV remote.
Select Network > Network Connection.
Select Wireless.
Select Wireless Network Settings.
Find your Shaw network name in the list of available networks and select it.
Enter your network password.
Your wireless connection should now be set up.

By putting the HDMI on the laptop is the only way. Now if you have a smart TV it already has netflix

Refer its user manual for details. It has password override code.

This is the schematic of Vieta-225, and so it is not AT-230 but I think this should be almost the same.
At first I would check audio cable connection at the input of the amp bacause the connection contact error in the ground side of the audio connector can cause buzzing.

you may need to check you display setting on your flat screen to see if it set to 480p. You may be sending to low of a resolution from the phone to the TV
